/ I first came to hear Channy (of POLIÇA) via the vehicle of “Roma di Luna” and their three delicious albums, recently enough in fact, that I am still enamored of that now retired project. Fans who are new to POLIÇA and Channy should of course explore in the reverse direction, and enjoy the genre hopping that comes with it. One versatile and talented lady for sure, and not new to this at all as some might initially assume. Everyone has roots somewhere. You could even impress your hip leaning but perhaps not so attentive “fancy friends” with their/her Christmas album this season? (which is uniquely amazing itself!)
