I’m mostly just a listener, but many friends have suggested I pay more attention than some, perhaps even contain an “inner hipster” (which I am not sure how I feel about?). This tumblr is an experiment and attempt to make a habit of sharing my musical discoveries, re-discoveries, and general findings as they transpire.

I reside in Austin, Texas though do not tend to actively engage the music scene here, mostly because it is such a “scene”. For the most part, I get my fill of live music (good and bad) via my occupation as a stage technician around town.

Although I am dominantly posting “tracks”, I tend to be an album listener, and nothing will make it on here if the entire artist/album/project/series did not win me over. So follow through, the tracks posted are just a taste!
